I, for one, am anxious to go see the new Tom Hanks movie about Mr. Rogers. I started this blog (and my quotes on Facebook and Twitter) because I felt the current of negativity that seems so prevalent in the world today. I can’t think of a better positive role model that Mr. Fred Rogers. It truly seems that the man in front of the camera was the REAL thing! He lived his life in the same way he broadcast his show. If we all just step back a bit and emulate much of what he tried to teach, wouldn’t this world be a better place? Anyway, my nomination for “Positive Role Model of the Week” goes to Mr Rogers.
