Accentuate the Positive

I came across a very good article today from Kevin Eikenberry, entitled “Seven Ways The Best Leaders Set an Example By Going First“. In the article he asserts 7 values that all good leaders should reflect. These include: attitude, learning, expectations, change, trust, questions, and listening. Please take 5 minutes today to click on the link above and read the article. I’d love to hear your thoughts about it. In my humble opinion, these values are vital for leaders. How can we expect these values to be modeled if not put in place from the top down. One last thought for today…we are all leaders in some way, whether we have the title or not. How we behave and carry ourselves will be seen by someone. Our impact can be negative or positive. I say, let’s try for a positive impact today!
